What a Lovely Afternoon

My daughter and I just got back from a walk around the neighborhood pushing two baby dolls in their strollers. The sun was shining and it was perfect at 64 degrees. We saw a big fat calico cat, and heard an old man yelling at his wife while they were cleaning up their yard (yikes that is not like him at all! Well, not that I know them THAT well, but he is the guy that smiles a lot and gives the neighborhood dogs buscuits when they go by). I saw one of the college kids is very pregnant. Nice girl, she used to play at our house when she was little. A gf of mine has a brand spanking new Saturn in her driveway (Nice, she gets a new toy and didn't tell me! lol) It's navy blue, very pretty! A lot of people have completed their own yard work while mine is only about 25% done. I'll get there, it's just going to take me longer with my little "helper" by my side.

Hubby has been gone fishing since 6 am so B. and I have been alone all day. It's been good, we've been busy and the weather makes being outside feel wonderful.

I'm reading a Tabitha King/Michael McDowell book titled Candles Burning for the second time. First time was probably about 5 years ago and I forgot how much I loved it. I don't want it to end, so I'm reading as slow as possible, lol!

That frog picture... it doesn't mean anything to me other than I like it. :O)
