Sunday

This morning I got up at 8, which was nice because I got a little extra sleep. I got my housework done quickly, showered, then got everyone else up and ready for 10:45 Mass because Josh and I would have to be at the mini-retreat at the seminary at 1. The earlier Mass allowed us to come home and have lunch before heading out again.

It was an interesting program~ we listened to (1 ordained and 3 almost) priests talk about vocations, had a short tour of the seminary grounds and buildings, and then had a short Q&A period. It wasn't boring because all of the presenters had dynamic personalities which grabbed everyone's attention, and interesting stories to tell.
So I was exhausted by the time we got home at close to 4. I layed down with B. on the sofa, with her cuddled up on my chest and we both fell asleep. I remember hubby came along and moved her off of me to the other end of the sofa and my dreams were so peaceful, it felt wonderful.
When we woke up hubby had made chicken parmesana pasta and some ravioli for dipping in sauce. Yummmm! Then I cleaned up the kitchen~ swept, washed dishes, wiped down the counters and stove, etc. Then it was time for the kids' baths, brushing teeth, jammies on, and we all watched Horton Hears A Who together. I had some paper work to do, mail to prepare for tomorrow, and getting N's backpack ready for morning and lunch money out.

I am beat!
