Anybody Want To Hire An Industrial Electrician? He's really good, I promise!

Ugh... the job search continues. Here's how it works.
I create a kick butt resume and cover letter (because if left to him he'd be hunting and pecking the keys for days), send it out to jobs posted locally and all over the country on Monster, Indeed, Careerbuilder, Googlejobs, etc... then when we get a nibble, I set up an interview at which time "the man" cleans up, puts on a suit, and goes in to do his part, which is land the job with his winning smile, team attitude, impressive electrical education, skills and job record.

We don't talk $$ unless absolutely necessary, because as history has shown, once a potential employer finds out how much dh has been paid in the past, they get all fidgety thinking they won't be able to keep him if they offer him less, which isn't likely~ a solid job with decent pay is all he's looking for, not to get rich~ but they don't know that! So it's frustrating... to say the least.

Right now, his resume is in the hands of about a dozen local companies and many other job openings throughout the US. that offer relocation. Here's hoping he lands that fish soon!
